There have been some data updates to the NC OneMap download page:
  • Shellfish Growing Areas
  • Significant Natural Heritage Areas
  • Natural Heritage Element Occurrences
  • Municipal Boundaries (Powell Bill)
  • NC DOT County Boundaries (with and without shoreline)

More Map Services Added

The GIS folks at NC Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services/Emergency Programs have been busy. They are bringing us 2 more WMS map services - USGS 1998 CIR DOQQs and USGS DRGs. Both are available from the NC OneMap map service discovery page. Thanks to Dan Madding and Ed Shipman for providing these.
