This data contains the hydrologic units boundaries for the 18 southeasternmost independent cities/counties in Virginia. This area is part of the Albemarle-Pamlico Estuarine Study (APES) area. Hydrologic units depict watershed areas. This data only covers the Virginia APES area. The APES area covers a large portion of the North Carolina coast, central and north-central NC and southeastern VA.
